1. Is there a way to refer someone to a specific page on TeamworkPM website while using one's referral link?

   Yes, it's quite easy - just append your unique referral code onto the URL of the page like so:
   
   http://www.teamworkpm.net/[page]?ref=i_[REFERRAL_CODE]
   
   So just add ?ref=i_[REFERRAL_CODE] to any page!
   
   As an example, the following link would send somebody to the iphone page with a referral code for "digitalcrew": http://www.teamworkpm.net/iphoneapp?ref=i_digitalcrew
