Can my installation be branded with my own logo?
Yes. The logo of the owner company is displayed as the installation logo if the owner company has a logo uploaded -
Can I turn off SSL?
SSL is available to all plans and is available on any installation using the teamworkpm.net domain.
If you are embedding 3rd party items in Messages, Notebooks or Resources then you might want to turn off SSL so your users do not get a security message if the 3rd party item is not SSL enabled.
You can turn on/turn off the SSL by:
- Click Settings on the top right corner
- Choose Site Settings
- Under the group Security Settings you can turn on and turn off SSL Security if your domain supports it.

Can I use a custom domain name?
Yes. You can use any domain you want to access your Teamwork Project Manager installation if you are on the Business 2, Corporate or Enterprise price plan.
Simply create a DNS A record and point it to 74.200.202.186
Once you have created the DNS A record and you have verified it is pointing to our IP address, log in to your Teamwork account, click Settings and enter your custom domain into the Custom Domain section.
Note:
- SSL is not available on custom domain names

I want all branding removed from my installation? Is that possible?
Yes. We offer the following options:
- Use a custom domain name for your installation e.g: http://projects.mycompany.com
- Teamwork Project Manager logo removed from login screen
- Teamwork Project Manager logo removed from emails
- Your logo inserted in to all emails sent from the system
- Customize the colors of your installation to match your branding
- Teamwork links removed from the application
Note:
The following branding options
- Use a custom domain name for your installation
- Teamwork Project Manager logo removed from login screen
are only available on
- Business 2 plan
- Corporate plan
- Enterprise plan
If you have Reply-By-Email functionality enabled on your projects, the reply to email will contain teamworkpm.net

How do I cancel my Teamwork Project Manager account?
If you feel you do not need to use Teamwork Project Manager for any reason, you can cancel your account by logging into your installation, click the Subscription tab and click on Please Cancel My Account
If you are a paid customer and have an active Paypal subscription, please log into Paypal and cancel your subscription from there also.
Note:
If you paid for a year up front and wish to cancel we do not offer any refund on remaining months.

Can I change the domain of my Teamwork account?
If you picked a domain other than "teamworkpm.net" when you created your account you can get it changed to one of our other domains such as:
- seetodos.com
- companytodos.com
- worktodos.com
- companyworkflow.com
- projectgameplan.com
- peopleworkflow.com
- projecttodos.com
- projectorganiser.com
- seetasks.com
Simply send us a support request including the URL of your Teamwork account and the domain you would like to switch to and we'll make it happen.
Please note that SSL is only available on teamworkpm.net domains.

Can I change the URL of my Teamwork account?
Yes. We can change the URL of your Teamwork account from example.teamworkpm.net to example2.teamworkpm.net if it is available.
Simple send us a support request including the URL of your Teamwork account and the new URL you would like to use and we'll make it happen if the new URL is available to use.

How do I change the message in the Welcome Email to new users?
You can add a custom message to the welcome emails sent to new users you add to your Teamwork account.
To change the message click Settings in the top right and choose Site Settings.
Click on the Templates tab and click Edit under the Welcome Email Template section.

Can I disable Markdown in my Teamwork account?
Markdown is a way of turning plain text into formatted text.
We use Markdown in the Messages and Comments section of Teamwork.
You can turn this off by clicking Settings in the top right, choosing Site Settings and toggling the Use Markdown setting.

Can I turn RSS feeds off for my Teamwork account?
RSS feeds are a useful way to stay up to date on the activity in your Teamwork account.
We secure the RSS feeds with an encrypted URL specific to each user in your Teamwork account but you can disable RSS completely if you want to prevent accidental disclosure of an RSS feed.
You can turn this off by clicking Settings in the top right, choosing Site Settings and toggling the RSS feeds enabled setting.
