Features In Discussion

We encourage and receive a lot of great feedback and suggestions from our customers. Some of these are obvious improvements that go directly on the roadmap. Others need internal discussion to decide if they should be implemented and if so, what is the best way to do this. This is the current list of items in discussion.
  1. Assign a single task to multiple people
  2. Allow every task, file, project etc. to have a list of attached external links
  3. Gantt chart - Implies task start date and dependencies
  4. Per-user view permission on tasks, files etc. instead-of or to compliment public/private.
  5. Recurring events in calendar. Recurring Tasks and Milestones in projects
  6. Ability to removing shading behind logo when choose a color scheme.
  7. Ability to emails things to system and have it displayed
  8. Integrate a WIKI system.
  9. Notebooks: Ability to upload pcitures into WYSWIYG editor.
  10. Issue Register
  11. Build-in start and end dates for every project
  12. Ability forseen to print out calendar from month x to month y
  13. Storage of files outside of TeamworkPM through FTP
  14. Tighter email integration - email up tasks, messages and files etc.
  15. Project View/Milestones Tab - make it possible to create a new task list as well as attach a task list.
  16. Pump up the font size on the email comments.
  17. Notification when a new user updates their profile.
  18. Per project RSS Feed
  19. Sort tasks in lists by date - maybe as an extra option
  20. Abaility to tag everything and view tag collections.
  21. Allow projects to have a planning stage - and or - Milestones don't have to have dates initially
  22. Ability to assign company administrator rights for only the company.
  23. Default permissions for people for all future projects.
  24. Ability to enter a custom status on the dashboard of every project you a working on
Some people have asked if it is a good idea to show our wish list and roadmap so openly to which we reply: There is always the danger that our competitors will look at our road map and features-in-discussion list but we believe competition is a good thing and that we will maintain a better product at the end of the day. :)
