Upload Files
Upload files so all members of your team have access to project data easily.
Teamwork Project Manager uses a unique, custom-built multiple file uploader that allows you to easily select hundreds of files and upload then all in one go! So you don't have to tediously select each file anymore.
- Current File List - Lists the files currently selected with icons denoting their type.
- Private Files - You can mark files as private and they will not be shared with your clients.
- File Notifications - You can automatically notify your clients or staff via email when you upload file files.
- File Comments - People can leave comments on uploaded files. Notifications about these comments can be send via email.
- File Version Control - You can easily upload new versions of any files and TeamworkPM will manage the versions for you with a comment system and options provided for each file version.
- File Categorisation - Every uploaded file must be placing in a category, allowing you to easily find the file you need later. File categories are managed with a quick an intuitive interface.
- Add Files - Browse for more files and select multiple files using the mouse or CTRL and SHIFT keys!
- Upload in One Go - You can upload hundreds of files in one go.
- Big Files are No Problem - Our unique file uploader can handle big files with ease.
- Progress Per File - See the progress of each individual file as it is being uploaded.
- Overall Progress Bar - When uploading groups of files, the overall progress bar is useful to get an idea of how long it will take.
- Transfer Rate - See the size of all the files being uploaded as well as the transfer rate and progress while uploading.
- Remaining Space - The space you have remaining on your account is shown in the sidebar allowing you to easily gauge if and when you need to remove files or upgrade your account. Note that if you choose the self-hosted option, your file space is unlimited.
