Email Integration
Teamwork Project Manager integrates with your email providing you with up-to-the-minute status reports, alerts and reminders.
It doesn't matter how you access your email - through Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, Yahoo or any other method, TeamworkPM will keep you in-control of your projects with timely reminders and notifications.

- Upcoming Milestones Alerts - Never miss a deadline with these email reminders.
- Daily Overdue Items Report - this daily email ensures you know when you are running late on certain tasks.
- Messaging System - receive copies of all messages post on your project via email. You can then reply to these alerts and your replies are automatically linked into the project.
- New user notification - When you add in new users, they will automatically receive notification emails.
- Password Retrieval - TeamworkPM can send a reminder if somebody forgets their username or password.
- File Upload notifications - TeamworkPM can optionally send a notification when you upload or edit files.
