Is our data safe and secure?
Absolutely. We store your data on secure servers that are backed up twice daily. We protect your Teamwork PM account with hash based password security, inactive session timeouts and SSL-based security which is the same security used on credit card pages and banking websites. Trust us - it's safe!
In addition, no TeamworkPM staff will ever view your installation data without your express permission. The data is held in database tables which have limited access to our team of staff. Absolute integrity is guaranteed on our part. -
Can we obtain a backup of our own data?
We are currently working on a facility to easily backup your private data. This will be available at the end of May 2008.

What is your backup policy
We run 2 backups of all TeamworkPM databases daily, 12 hours apart. The backups are stored at a secure external facility.
Should a disaster take our our data center, we have a disaster plan in place to get your installation and data back online within hours.
