New Feature : All completed tasks across all projects

We have just rolled out another small update which should hopefully make a lot of you all very happy as we know we have received a large amount of requests for this.
it's the ability to now see all completed tasks across all projects...Pause for cheers and applause.
You can access this report from the "Everything" tab at the top left of the application.
Click on the new All Completed Tasks tab. As a result of this new tab, we have renamed the old All Tasks tab to All Active Tasks.
You can filter the completed tasks by:
User
Start date
End Date...
New Project Reports, Task Reports and Updates

it's been a busy start to February here at TeamworkPM HQ. As you can see from our live updates page we have completed quite a few required changes, updates and improvements to the system.

One of the big updates, separate from all the work Peter has done on the APi, is the new Project Report.
This new report has been redeveloped based on all the feedback we have received to date from all our users.

New look for adding Tasks

One of our main goals here is that TeamworkPM is easy to use hence our tagline, “Project Management made easy”. One problem with this goal is that as we keep adding features we keep adding slightly more complexity to the system with each new feature. The feature needs to be put somewhere in the Ui!
For existing uses this is not too much of an issue as they have be using TWPM as it has been growing so one extra feature here and there does not really bother them.

I thought I would write this quick blog post on the subject of “task templates” as we have gotten a lot of feedback from you all asking where and how do we set-up task Templates.
Because of all this feedback we are looking at another way to access these as well as an easier way to find/create them, but in the mean time I wanted to write this quick tutorial to help you all out with task templates.

Feature Update : Generate Time Report Per Task List

One of the items most requested from users is the ability to report on all time logged against a particular task list.
While we are working on a dedicated Reports tab which will give us the flexibility to offer better and more varied reports, we have added the Task List Time function today.
To access, click the List Options tool on the task list you would like to report on and click Time Report.
This will display a new popup dialog allowing you to change the time frame for the report, view the amount of Billable and overall time and gives you too options to export to either CSV or Excel....
Calendar & iCal Updates - View Tasks in Calendar

One of the most popular feature requests from people is to include Tasks in the Calendar and iCal feed.
Today we rolled out an update that allows people to quickly see tasks due on particular days from the Calender View. You can quickly see the number of tasks per day with late tasks highlighted in red. Clicking on the Tasks will bring you to a new page listing all tasks for that particular day.
This update also bring the following changes:
Calendar is now defaulted to Everybody's Calendar
The calendar view now starts on Sunday
