Project Charts now online

This is a blog post I know a lot of you have been waiting to see.....we now have start dates and end dates on projects which leads us to the ability to view these dates with a project chart view.
This view will allow you to see where all your projects start, end and overlap.
it’s been a long time since we first talked about this feature but we have had many a discussion here trying to get the balance right and trying to make sure that it’s very easy and straight forward to use.
I know your all just dying to know how to get this feature up and running within your own installatio...

I hope it’s been a productive week for everyone, it’s been a good one here for us.
We have just released a new feature for the files section in TWPM, which I know a lot of you are going to love.
it’s the multiple file downloader zipper thing. (ok we have a bit of work to do on the name)
But I have to say it’s a handy new feature that will now enable you download more than one file at a time by zipping them up in to a single ZiP archive.

New Status feature coming your way

One thing that has been bothering us in TWPM is how to let people know what you are working on, sure people see that you have been working when tasks are marked off but if I was working on a proposal for 4 days there would be no history of me working on this on TWPM apart from me logging time on the project and this is not published on the project dashboard. More storage space for TeamworkPM users.

Thanks to the growing demand from some of our customers who have been requesting more storage space within their current plans, and the fact that we have just purchased some spanking new servers, we now have more storage space to go round for everyone.
So what's changed in the plans, well to start off we have increased our Business 1 plan from 500MB to 4GB.
We have increased the Business 2 plan as well, up from 5GB up to 10GB and we have also increased our Corporate plan from 10GB up to 25GB.
All this new space should take the pressure off having to watch the files...
New Feature : Task List Templates

One item that has been on our roadmap for quite some time and a feature lots of people have asked us for is the ability to create Task List Templates.
Task List Templates are groups of tasks that can used to create new task lists across all your projects. As you projects grow in number, you will find yourself creating the same tasks over and over again.
To make this experience better, you can now create the templates from the Settings page.

Message Reply By Email Notifications

As a follow on to the last Blog Post, I have extended the functionality of the Reply By Email feature of the Message Section to send email alerts when a reply has been sent via email.
The way it works is that everybody who is participating in the message thread will automatically receive a notification of the reply by email.
