Tastes Like Salt - Security Upgrade

On Teamwork Project Manager, we have been using high security Hashed passwords from the start.
Today I upgraded TeamworkPM so that from now on all passwords will be stored as hashes with an additional seed value - a technique called a Salted Hash. This is an industry accepted best practice and should be implemented by all online web services (but isn't)....
