An alternative to Basecamp

Basecamp is a software service from 37signals that was launched in 1999 and enjoyed great success due to it's simplicity and for being one of the first of it's kind.

However over the years a number of shortfalls in the Basecamp software have come to light and have been continually requested, by it's users. These shortfalls include the inability to set due dates on individual tasks, upload multiple files at once, multiple language support etc.

TeamworkPM launched in 2007 and comes with a more up-to-date user interface and a number of important features missing from Basecamp including the ability to set dates on tasks and a calendar facility to help see what your team are doing at any one time.
