TeamworkPM - Project Management Workshops
introduction to TeamworkPM – ½ Day
This half day day workshop will provide participants with the skills required to use TeamworkPM to work more effectively in teams and across the organisation. Delegates will learn how to use TeamworkPM to get the project off the ground through to successful completion. By the end of this workshop all delegates will be able to confidently and competently use TeamworkPM to plan and manager their work.
Project Management for Non Project Managers – 1 Day
This is for you if you have been asked to run, or take part in a project, and ‘Project Manager’ is not your job title. This one day workshop will introduce you to a straightforward and jargon-free way to manager projects. We will share with you the simple principles you need to plan, run and finish your project. Delegates will be introduced to TeamworkPM as part of the interactive nature of this workshop.
Core Project management Skills – 2 days
This workshop is for professionals who want to plan, manager and deliver successful projects. Successful project management requires a unique combination of good project management process and good interpersonal skills. This intensive course deals with both these elements and will provide you with a set of tools and methods to manager the processes and the people. Delegates will use TeamworkPM extensively throughout this workshop and will be able to confidently and competently use TeamworkPM to set-up, plan and manager projects.
