Manage Projects
The Dashboard shows you the latest activity across all your projects on one screen.
You can create new projects, manage existing projects, view a milestone schedule and keep informed on the latest activity across your projects.
Features Include:
- Create New Project - button allowing the creation of a brand new project
- Project List - Lists all your current active projects - One click access to project overview
- Upcoming Milestones - A mini-calendar view showing scheduled milestones due in the next 14 days
- Custom View - You can star projects to mark them as projects you are interested in. Switching to custom view only shows you information on the starred projects
- Late Milestones - Lists all milestones that have been missed across all projects.
- Latest Activity - Shows latest activity across all projects e.g : Tasks, Milestones, Messages etc
- Company Logo - This is your company/organisation logo which you can upload via settings
- Quick Access Tabs - These tabs give you quick access to sections across all projects. Switch into Project View to view these sections on a per project basis
- Project Quick Selector - Allows you to easily jump between projects you have access to!
- Project Templates - Create a project all set up with tasklists, milestones, notebooks etc and use that as a basis for future projects
