My Google Calendar is slow to update with new events, why?
Google Calendar syncs from external calendars roughly every 3 hours.
It uses caching to make the whole service more efficient and unfortunately there is no way of forcing it to refresh.
Removing and adding your calendar to Google Calendar will not solve the issue.
